After doing my first ever Aquathlon, looking at my dismal time and at even more dismal photos of myself, I am telling myself that can I push myself and will myself to get up each day to exercise: yoga or the elliptical, even some walking or swimming. Anything, just as long as I get myself on a schedule to actually DO it.
