Journalling~
'Chronic Fatigue Syndrome' is such a misnomer for what is wrong with me. It sounds like I'm just tired, when in fact, I'm exhausted most of the time, yet often can't sleep. My brain function has decreased significantly, so that tasks that were once simple are now a struggle. My memory is just terrible and I need lots of reminders just to get basic things done. I miss the person I used to be. I don't know where she went, but I want her back.
