Journalling~
I have a fear that I try not to voice very often,
but it still whispers inside me. I’m afraid I’ll be tired forever. And “tired” doesn’t mean sleepy - it means all the combined symptoms of CFS. That’s the brain fog, the muscle aches and pains, the lack of stamina that means I can’t walk around the block, let alone exercise, the exhaustion, the terrible memory problems, the confusion, the headaches, the ease with which I catch every little bug going around, the IBS, the depression, not to mention the symptoms I’ll have forgotten to mention, because I always forget something. My life has been stolen. Will it be like this forever?
