Mote Marine Laboratory does SO MUCH for the Florida reefs. I loved checking out the baby coral growing in the lab. Mote also does a lot of jellyfish research and had some hanging around the lab, as well as the gorgeous sea nettles and moon jellies in the main exhibits.
