My Inner Child

Photos of the current me and one of me when I was around 8-9 years old. In the center photo, I morphed the younger me to represent my Inner Child.
Journaling: I love that I have continued to nurture my Inner Child, to keep Her alive and well, throughout my life. I wouldn’t want to travel this road without Her. The special joys of childhood – being yourself, having fun, exploring, imagining, fantasizing, asking why and what if – make life fulfilling. I cherish silly. Being able to see the humor in life’s tedious and difficult situations has made them bearable. My Inner Child has been an indispensable partner in my relationships with other children. Together, we have had extraordinary adventures. I expect there are many more to come.
