These are photos I took while my husband Brad and I went hiking over the weekend in the mountains of Frasier Park.
I have to admit I love the beach!! I like the scenery of the mountains, BUT I am not a good mountain/camping outdoors person.
Brad wanted to go hiking though so I toughened up and tried to be a trooper.
We got to the trail which was "UP" the mountain and by the time we got halfway I was about to hyperventilate.
So I decided to take a rest on a fallen tree and while trying to get into position I banged my leg against a broken limb on the tree scratching it pretty good.
That was it I was done!!! Not to mention I had bugs flying around me and stickers all over and in my shoes.
I just cannot understand how people enjoy this so much.
I guess in the long run I wasn't such a trooper after all, I made him drive into the nearest town and get me Band-Aid's, antibiotic ointment and water to wash off my scrap. LOL
After that we simply drove through the mountains and if I saw something near the road I wanted to photograph we stopped and I did so. LOL
Yeah, no more hiking for me please!!
