Oh dear, sounds like it wasn't much fun at the time but will become a great memory in the future! He is still super-cute in that yellow rain coat and this page is fantastic! Hopefully, next year will be better! Half the time, our fall & Halloween events get rained out, too--the "other side" of autumn weather!
