Journaling reads: On Christmas Eve, we put a special key on our front door. This is the key Santa uses to get into our house because our chimney really is too small for him and his bag of toys. After we set out his cookies and Dr. Pepper we take the Santa Key off the tree (where it hangs front and center) and hang it on the front door knob. This lets Santa know you're in bed and ready for him to come.
