I love the journaling and caution tape lol... what a story!!! The photo is awesome and super serene in complete opposition to the horror of 1K ticks!!!
OMG...I used to be camp nurse for a summer camp on Lake of the Ozarks about 8 miles west of Osage. It was the log... They told me that 100% of logs are infested with ticks and within 1 min you will have ticks for sure. I can't tell you how many ticks I had to remove and log/save on cards just in case the kiddo got sick later the tick could be tested for Lyme. I can't imagine that many at once. You poor lady.
