WOW Angie - what incredible storytelling! That must have been a whiplash to you. I'm glad your dad was back home, but saying goodbye to friends after trauma bonding on base abroad with sonic booms etc has to be hard. Thank you for your years of sacrifice without informed consent (((Hugs))) and salute to your dad's bravery, service, and sacrifice. Your page rocks in more than two ways!!

Krista, thank you so much for your comment ... and I am totally going to steal that phrase - "years of sacrifice without informed consent" - if that doesn't describe what it's like to be a military brat, I don't know what does!
