journaling reads:
It is 1977. The kitchen and I are both 10 years
old. It was orignal to the house. My parents
chose the colors. Dark wood cabinets. Cream
countertops. Brown appliances. Brown sink.
Cream wallpaper with gold, orange & brown
flowers. Please note the matching curtains and
4 level cookie jar. Even I am in a cream shirt,
with brown hair & orange glasses. They kept this
kitchen until 1983 when it went cream & blue.
