Summer SAT - Jul 6 | Double Feature: The Truman Show
We’re here to empty my grandmother’s house before it goes up for sale, which has been emotional. But today gives us a beautiful little break.
Because of the extreme heat and the red weather alert, the Tour de France route had to be modified… and by pure luck, the riders passed just a few steps from our street!
Son and I went to watch the caravan first (and came home with lots of fun goodies
), then waited for the peloton. I had no idea they would fly by that fast! 
And then… the funniest part: one of the riders threw his water bottle, and it landed right on my stomach!
What are the odds? Son was absolutely thrilled!
My grand father would have love watching this and would have never guess the Tour will be so near of him. We think of him a lot.
