So smart to include photos of the scenery you saw on your big road trip! My husband's "big dream" is to open a gas station/truck stop and I told him I thought it needed a "Chopt" or "Sweetgreen" (after I saw them in D.C.) for this very reason! Road trip food always makes me feel guilty & gross!
