TRU has a few DSi promotions right now that are probably worth looking into (free nerf case with one..that saves $18 bucks..almost another game) and free 2 day shipping but I think you have to use the promo link also..if you buy Lego Star Wars (19) you can get Lego Batman for $6. If bought in addition to Clone Wars that's 3 good games at a decent price |

wow you guys are amazing to be doing this for La and Ce! i'm short on cash right now; i may be able to pick up a kit in her shop but i can't swing much right now. but i do know that La and Ce are two very loved and lucky people. :)

I would keep going with the collecting Priscilla - if its ok with you! - and anything left over go for the GC for a supermarket etc for when she gets home. I thought that was a lovely suggestion, and would ease La of immediate 'paying for food' worrys. |

I sent some before you gave the update, but after I go grocery shopping this week, I may be able to spare more.
I'll keep an eye on the thread to see if we're still collecting, so I can send more if I have more to spare. This is really great of you to organize this. I'm sure they'll really appreciate it, and I think it's great seeing us come together around one another, as a family. I was telling my mom about how this got organized to help La, because she was asking for an update (I tell mom about a lot of the people I talk to on the forum- she always worries I don't have enough "real" friends) so I was telling her about this, and she goes, "Oh! So it's like when someone gets sick and you try to help them with meals or house cleaning, only, you guys are too far away to do that, so you're doing this..." Yes! Exactly! Like friends and family gathering around after something like that to help out. Anyway, sorry, that was off topic, but, again, thanks for organizing this. :) I think Ce definitely NEEDS the Star Wars one! |

DSi Nerf Case carry case that hold unit, cord, games, extra 4 games- (Star Wars clone wars, Star Wars complete Saga, Mario Cart and Batman Legos) Total is less than what we have. ... You can stop or keep going but I DO NOT NEED ANYMORE. Anything left over will go straight to La however we decide. |
