Spring always makes me think of sakura blossoms in Japan :thumbup: One day I hope to make my way there to watch them bloom

I googled 'Japanese spring flower' and this came up. :)

We went out to a japanese steak house for dinner last night so it was on my mind

cause the deer start raiding the garbage cans that are not secured, and there are more and more of them nibbling at the branches. And well, the snow ... cause we got a fair bit of snow here the other day ... Spring means the snow will probably still fall around here. hahahhaa

I've been working like mad this week to get my cool season veggies in...so I've had sprouting seed on my mind!

becuase it means spring, Easter and little girls in frilly dresses.....so I made my own with Abby in her little frilly Easter dress last year playing with a friend's tulip's on Easter morning....too bad I will not be there to dress her in a frilly dress this year...hopefully DH will dress her cute this year even though I will not be there...

Spring = Spring Training = Opening Day!! Plus Ryan Braun is super yummy...

My birthday is on Opening Day at Miller Park this year! Yeah, I'm excited. Plus it's against the Cubs (booooooo) so it is bound to be lots of fun!! I'm on the hunt for a Blue and Gold Tiara ;).

In March we've got like 6 birthdays. April is my oldest & middle son's birthday along with like 4 more all within 2 weeks. And then May has like 10 birthdays - mine included.... so Spring means birthdays...... lots of cake for me :) And, I thought this cake looked super cute.

I chose mine as it is now Autumn here and I this is the one thing that has made me smile today.

I went to flair and typed in spring, then picked the one I thought was the prettiest.

We have 4 seasons here, but spring and fall last about a week each. lolol. Winter is 3 months, and the rest is just HOT.

And I really can't think of a better way to celebrate than with my 4 pm doctor's appointment that day. I'll be thinking oh so fondly of my sweetie when Doc has his hands up in my biznazz. :p

My daughters birthday is March 14th... She is my "almost" spring baby! :) She will be turning ONE! :)

I didn't know there were themes just until now! I love easter, and since it's March I thought I'd celebrate with some eggs. March is my absolute favorite month. It's the month I got married, the month of my birthday, and the month when Spring comes. Doesn't get any better than that.

I just like it. The color of the blossoms is purty.

I chose mine because spring makes me think of daisies, my favorite flower, and ladybugs. It fit both of those.

I chose mine because every year my daddy planted tulips all over his yard...peeking out of pots, in the ditch :snicker:, some even would wind up blooming on the side of the road. My daddy loved his tulips. I'm sad that he died last year before he got to see his tulips (he died easter sunday last year, 3/23/08) so Spring always makes me think of tulips. Though I see several others chose tulips too I couldn't bear to change mine. Have to honor my daddy :)
