Update Photoshop skills

Hello
I have been away from Digital Scrapbooking as an active scrapbooker. I fell back to paper scrapbooking - love paper :-)
Now I want to try again, computer - updated, photoshop - updated, photoshop skills - not updated at all :-)
Can you recommend some photoshop tutorials to return to the game again. I'm familiar with computer, but haven't used photoshop for many years.
I do remember something when I look at the canvas, but........not good at all. Do you have some suggestion where to look? Thank You, have a nice Sunday over there.

Welcome back! If the tutorials here help that's great, but I don't know how old they are and how much has changed in Photoshop since they were written. I've been doing this too long to know the good current tutorials, but Scrapaneers is a well known site for digital scrapbooking classes. Most have a cost, but the blog has free tutorials. I linked you to an intro scrapping blog post, but if you look around there you'll probably find a lot more that's helpful. They have resources for both Photoshop and Photoshop Elements, but I think the blog post I linked is only for Elements.

I'm not a lot of help either since it's been a long time since I started learning PS. I will say I YouTubed a lot of things I wanted to learn...and still do when I'm doing other PS things that are not scrapbook pages - mostly photography.

One thing that really helps is learning as many keyboard shortcuts as possible. I kept a cheat sheet while I was learning them. They save a lot of time.

YouTube has lots of videos. Just search digital scrapbooking. (I even have a few up there, I had some friends that wanted to learn, so I made videos.) If there is a certain task/skill you're looking for, you can also search that.
