What kits would you love to see?

Again asking for a designer friend:

What kind of kits would you love to see?

rach3975 04-13-2017 04:58 PM

I can always use sibling kits (especially for boys and girls as opposed to sisters only) and kits for older boys that have lots of non-flower elements.

With three boys, I second this! Have you seen Wendy's new Urban Boy kit, Rachel?

rach3975 04-13-2017 05:10 PM

Yes! I wish listed it for now, but I'll buy it soon.

I never get tired of all about me types of kits. I'm done scrapping my kids so...

Saar 04-14-2017 12:07 AM

I second Valerie for all about me kits.
And I'm always interested in pet/cat kits, geocaching kits and New York kits. I used Yari's and Amanda's kit a ton of times.

renatasluis 04-14-2017 05:42 AM

Kits for universal studio.have a lot of disneykits but not much for universal.
And a kit about the netherlands ;)
And a general restaurantkits.most kits are for pizzeria's or baking and cooking at home

Fioontje 04-14-2017 03:15 PM

I could always use more kits about running.
Disney Running, Running couture, (half) marathons, etc.
I have several kits, but they are mostly about sports and health in general. And I only have 1 medal-element in total.

And I second the restaurant kit. I could definitely use it for our vacation pictures.

Grocery shopping. I have several kits about shopping in general, but not much grocery shopping, supermarkets, etc.

A Netherlands kit would be nice too.
Or kits about Greece, Egypt, Germany, England (London), France... Still have vacation pictures to scrap ;)

MamaBee 04-14-2017 03:26 PM

travel kits... be nice to get some more locations, both world and local cities. Always can use more food kits!

allyanne 04-14-2017 04:25 PM

Kits about cousins would be great! I also am always looking for kits to use for national park visits. Maybe something Great Lakes themed? And some ocean kits that are not kid-focused or summer-focused. I have some great photos of a recent trip to the Pacific Northwest and would love a kit that captures its mysterious beauty.

clearskies 04-14-2017 06:26 PM

Travel...loving the cities kits, but waiting for Baltimore, Seattle and San Diego...

Baseball (always)

Pacific Northwest

new haircut kits for boys and girls

roxana 04-14-2017 10:28 PM

Museum kits and Universal too. Also food kits and running.

hosanhelwa 04-14-2017 10:51 PM

Travel kits (if we're going into specifics, Greece, Egypt, Italy and Spain have huge backlogs of photos waiting to be scrapped on my hard drive.)

Never can have too many Canada kits... it's Canada's 150th b-day this year!! (Hint, hint!!)

Horse-themed kit that's doesn't have a "western" feel... jumping, eventing, that kind of stuff... the vast majority of horse kits have a western flair, and it's not really a good fit for many of my photos.

Kitartas 04-15-2017 02:08 AM

i've said before but in case you haven't seen those threads - i'm after australian kits and horse riding kits :)

aurian 04-15-2017 06:59 AM

I second an Australian kit (possibly a collection... ie, the coast/beaches, inland/bush, city life etc).

I'd also like to see a cafeelated kit. Not a coffee chain or restaurant, but relating to brunches, time with friends etc. Or is this just an Aussie thing??

jess0920 04-15-2017 08:09 AM

I would love to see some Universal Studios kits, science kits (I have a science center field trip and a science fair to scrap, STEM activities, robots, chemistry, etc), cousin/extended family kits, and cooking/baking. I'd also really love a more neutral wedding kit, as I still have my wedding album to scrap.

abm234 04-15-2017 04:27 PM

Girl's athletics - softball and volleyball!

Sheana 04-15-2017 09:20 PM

Dancer kit - besides ballet and not necessarily pink. I would love for it to have competition items - metals, trophies, etc.

Hpgirl 04-15-2017 10:31 PM

I'd love so much a musical theater kit - not like a school play one, but like tickets downtown at the fancy theater. Tha family saw Phantom of the Opera last year, and and we've got Hamilton tickets for the fall, so I'd love somethings classy to scrap those pics! Just plain music kits and movie theater kits don't combine well enough to get the right vibe. (And I wouldn't say no to a Hamilton themed kit - all the American kits are too red white and blue, without that vintage parchment/infused with history vibe that I need o scrap the new family obsession).

For anyone considering Univeral Studios, something that focuses on the movie monster stuff would be awesome - the old classics like Frankenstein, Dracula, etc instead of just the roller coasters and themed lands. Mainly bc I have thousands of photos of the Beetlejuice Graveyard Revue sitting on my hard drive. A lot of Halloween kits don't quite have the right vibe for the movie aspect.

Also, Star Wars. Particularly now that Force Awakens is out; the Believe in Magic one is amazing, but my home park is in the new trilogy timeline and my life has been taken over by Kylo Ren, Phasma, and BB8 recently rather than the classic trilogy.

renatasluis 04-16-2017 04:20 AM

Also a marvelthemedkit for heroes like captain america, the hulk , iron man ect

Nixenkind 04-16-2017 05:01 AM

Classical Music, especially opera (I'm ALWAYS in need of those)

science, especially kidselated (I have a passionate little scientist at home)

Church, maybe including singing in the choir

Confirmation (don't know if the term is correct... I mean the thing protestant children celebrate around 14)

And, very specific so certainly never happening, but I would still want it: a Latin/ ancient Rome kit

Restaurant

jessica31876 04-24-2017 10:52 PM

Vampire/werewolf/supernatural (Think The Originals, Vampire Diaries, Twilight)

LeeAndra 04-25-2017 12:01 AM

I'd love a SkyZone kit!

Saar 04-25-2017 12:04 AM

I would love a Phantom of the opera kit!

Swan82 04-25-2017 05:44 AM

Not sure if you've seen this, but there's a thread from Wendy asking what country kits we have on our wishlist.
You can find it here:

Thank you, I did not see that!

Saar 04-25-2017 06:05 AM

You're welcome!

LynnZant 04-25-2017 08:44 AM

Yes to Universal Studios! Especially The Lost Continent and Poseidon area.

I'd love a parasailing/lake fun kit.

Txcorey 04-25-2017 10:10 AM

I'd also love to see a cousins kit, and an inflatables, or trampoline jumping kit would be great too.

Fioontje 05-01-2017 09:52 AM

Maybe a sensitive subject, but a kit about fertility problems?
I'm about to get back at working on my pregnancy album (my kid is almost 4 years old, can you imagine how far behind I am...) and I have a lot of kits featuring the positive side of having kids, but this was also a big part of my pregnancy story...

allyanne 05-01-2017 10:13 AM

I second the infertility kit idea.

Also, some more ZOO kits and FARM kits. We go to the zoo all the time, and I get tired of using the same kits over and over. Kits featuring merry-goounds/carousels would also be great!

Scrap-therapy 05-01-2017 03:31 PM

I'm looking for some specifics kits but pretty sure it could be versatile for many using:

-A Montessori kit with some specific elements (Pink tower, Brown scales, sand letter, etc...), my kids did a few days in a kind of Montessori school and I have lot's of pics to scrap. In this way Something about kids Learning abc, maths but also things about nature, geography and so on...

-A kit about riding ponies for kids without western touch(first ride for my girl!:p)

-A twin related kit especially with boy/girl twins and specific materials for them (double stroller) or Something funny with quotes about this unbelievable adventure

-A NICU kit as my babies stayed 1 month in this unit I have ton's of pics waiting to be scrap (Ok they are 4, I'm so late:p) and as it's not an easy moment I think it can help.

-A kit about shopping groceries and also things like clothes/shoes for all family or especially for kids like when they grow so fast you have to buy new clothes so fast...

-A kit about toys like Playmobils, little universes, my kids love this and I have also some nices pictures

-I second the restaurant kit, fertility kit, and would love having a kit bouncing castles and soap bubbles.

I stop here because I need plenty of kits and would have never enough Lol!

Thank so much for asking and reading!:)

I would love something with a medieval theme that would work for Game of Thrones, Outlander, Vikings, etc. tv show layout.

sardley 05-01-2017 09:44 PM

I would love a sesame street kit

I totally second that, we are often visiting medieval fairs, so I could use a kit like that, too...

LynnZant 05-02-2017 08:22 AM

I second the amusement park suggestion. I can't seem to have too many of those kits.

Elsieanne 05-02-2017 01:49 PM

Gymnastics and Karate -- cute and girly for both

Yes, I have tons of SkyZone pictures, too.

Fioontje 05-08-2017 01:40 PM

I would like to see a Paw Patrol Kit and a Peppa Pig kit.
Daughter loves them and recently won a Marshall stuffed animal at the fair :)

jess0920 05-08-2017 01:51 PM

My hubby and I will be going on a winery tour in September. I'd love to see a wine kit that I could use to scrap it.

pewtertm 05-08-2017 02:28 PM

Dr. Who inspired

Sherri Tierney 05-08-2017 08:22 PM

I'd love to see more Faith based kits. Maybe something I could use in bible journaling.

I would also love to see something I could scrap my pet chickens with. I do have a few things from here, but would buy more if they fit my general taste. I like feminine and rustic... kind of shabby chic, but more burlap and lace, rusted chicken wire, rusted barbed wire, etc.

DawnMarch 05-09-2017 06:10 PM

Teen college trips/application/admission, etc.
