Help with Gallery please
 

I uploaded a layout to the gallery, but none of the text beneath the layout was there after processing. I tried to edit the layout numerous times but it still wouldn't save with the text, so I deleted it.

I reuploaded and the same thing is happening again. Is there something I am doing that is causing the text to disappear? I even tried to add it into a comment below the layout but it wouldn't accept that either LOL.

Sometimes the gallery just does this, and I don't think anyone knows why. Have you tried logging out, clearing cookies, then logging in again? Maybe then try uploading it again as a whole new layout. If that works you can go in and delete the old one.

hope Jacinda's suggestion works for you! I would suggest to make sure there's not links, maybe it's something in the formatting?

Did you use any strange/odd symbols in your text?

Thanks for the great suggestions ladies but nothing worked, it's doing my head in, so I'm just going to leave it and forget about it :)

Any apostrophes in your credit list? Try deleting it.

Ampersands always do that for me as well. I've found that almost a lot of symbols causes it to not post credits.

Post your credits in this thread and I’ll see if it works for me to update them for you with my admin access. Sorry you’re having issues. I know it’s frustrating.

I am having the same issue.
I have tried several suggestions from others but to no avail.

I have removed the : and ' out of mine but it still isn't accepting it.

Happened to pop in here and see the credits were still missing so I updated it. I think it stuck!

Done. It was the dash (somehow it's a longer dash than the normal one) leading after the word template.
