Technical problem...
 

Hi everyone!

I'm trying to update my profile picture, but somehow it's not showing.. I'm not sure why is that. I've scaled the image down to 200px x 200px and the file size is about 22kb..

This is what I found in the CP: The maximum size of your custom image is 150 by 150 pixels or 43.9 KB (whichever is smaller).

Maybe try to scale the image down to 150 px x 150 px and see what happens?

I had to go down to 150x150 and about 39kb to get mine to show

I always have problems with mine unless I choose the host off site option rather than directly from my computer. Maybe try that and see if it works for you better?
