I have 2 kids, both boys and we are not having any more.

I was freshly 26 when I had my first and very freshly 29 (like 3 days after my birthday) when I had my second. I love them dearly but babies (newborns specifically but under 1 generally) and I do not coexist well together. I'm very much enjoying them at their current ages of 7 and 4.

I just have one, a daughter who will turn (gulp) 15 next month. :blink: I was only 18 when I had her, so in a lot of ways, we've grown up together.

People ask me all the time if my boyfriend and I will ever have a child of our own, and for a while, I thought maybe we would; however, we've both decided that isn't in the cards for us. We are really happy with our little family, just the way it is. :)

How many kids do you have? 2 - Christopher is 28 (almost 29) and Cheyanne is 15 (almost 16) I also have 2 grandkids - ages 7 and 3 :)
Do you want more? Hell no - LOL - I'm almost 54 and Cheyanne was a total surprise after trying for 8 or so years and then finally coming to terms with the fact that it wasn't going to happen, then 5 years after that along she came :D

I have 5 children ages 29, 27, 22,18 and 10. I was 22 when my oldest was born and almost 41 when my youngest arrived. The two oldest are boys, two middle are girls, and youngest is a boy. I was suppose to be done at 4 but my husband got the honey you are not sterile shocker thrown at him. We were in shock for a few days but he is now one of the best things to happen to us. I also now have two granddaughters.

I have two biological children and one stepchild. They are 1, 6, and 13.

Do you want more?
I want to adopt 2 children sometime in the near future (when the baby is 4 or 5 years old) who would 'fit between' my two biological children in age. I have NO INTEREST in any more babies & we've taken permanent measures to make sure that doesn't happen again! I always say that if I could buy kids at the store around 3 or 4 years old, I'd have half a dozen. :D

I was 29 when I had my daughter, and I was 34 when I had my son. My sister and I, incidentally, are the EXACT same amount of years -- 4 years, 9 months -- apart as my two children, and that was not planned in any way. My mom was 28 and 33 when she had us. I just think that's neat. :wub:

Do you want more? heck no!!! LOL I love them dearly but I am done. I am not a "baby person" they are cute and there are lots of great photo ops but that's where the 'fun' ended for me. I always wanted kids, but I always envisioned kids not babies so the older mine get, the happier I am being a Mom. :) If hubby had his way he'd have more (he still would like a chance to have a girl... I always said no to girls)... so I told him if they ever figure out a way to have a man carry and give birth to a baby, then we can have another one LOL

I was never interested in the "young adult life" (travelling, partying, bars, dating, friend time) so I wanted to start my family early so that by the time they were grown up I'd still be young enough to do and enjoy fun things before I felt "too old" (totally sounds like a young persons logic when early 40's is their dream goal to have kids gone before being considered too old eh?? LOL).

Ideally I'd like to have the second one before I turn 35 so I can avoid being dubbed "advanced maternal age" but considering I'll be turning 34 in May, I'm not sure that's going to happen. :D

We have four boys, 3 bio one adopted. They are 19, almost 17, 16.5 and 15.5.

I am the odd one out here, as usual :) I don't have any kids and I don't want any. I have been saying that since I was a teenager, now I'm 32 and I still feel the same. I still don't see myself as a mom, I have suffered from depressions and I have fibromyalgia. I'm glad when I got myself through the day, I really believe I don't have the capacity to take care of children.

My husband has been having a hard time adapting to having an animal in the house again, so he's been cranky. The other morning, the dog jumped on him in bed and he left for work without saying goodbye to me. He texted me saying "I'm sorry. I'm not mad at you...it's the dog." I replied, "Well if you're having this much trouble adjusting to a dog, I guess now is as good a time as any to tell you I'm pregnant." He asked, "What kind of joke is that?" I waited a few minutes to write back just to let him mull it over and then said, "The kind that makes having a DOG not such a big deal!!!"
