Go Getter file issues...

Hey! Sorry to post here - not sure where else to go. Could someone kindly check the download files for I am A:Go Getter?

I've downloaded them several times and re-started my computer to make sure it's nothing weird on my end. When I try to unzip the files I get an error that they are invalid.

any thoughts?

thanks!

Have you tried downloading to your computer's desktop? When I've had problems like that, it's sometimes because the file names (with folders, subfolders, etc) had gotten so long it was giving the system problems. I was able to get around it by DLing to the desktop. If that doesn't work, I'd use the contact us form in the shoppe. The designers would probably have to get in touch with Robin to help, so it might be faster to go right to SSD customer service.

you can always put in a support ticket to the store too see if Robin knows of something on her end.

Well I usually download the files using Chrome to my downloads folder which is right on my desktop. Then I use unzip or 7-Zip to unzip them. In this case I tried deleting all the download files, re-downloading them, and unzipping with both apps and got errors both ways.

I didn't know there was customer service! I'll go look and see if I can find that info, never had to use it before :)

This may be a long shot, but also try unzipping with the extract function built into Windows. I don't know why it happens, but unzipping apps that I've been using without problems for months stop working for me after a while. Sometimes re-installing works, and sometimes nothing does. The only thing that works reliably for me is the built-in Windows 10 unzip.
