Omigosh, I am so freaking excited, I just have to share - my daughter-in-law is in active labor and our first granddaughter will be making her debut any time now!

Off to make sure my camera batteries are charged and my memory cards are empty...

Thank you for sharing in my excitement! Amelia Grace was born 3 hours and 12 minutes after her mama's contractions began ... definitely a sprint, rather than a marathon. And since this is her first delivery, I can only imagine how quickly subsequent ones might go. Both mom and baby are doing well, and brace yourselves for lots of ridiculously adorable layouts to come!
