Time for a new Avatar, but........
 

Hi ladies,
Okay so my hair has finally grown back and its time to move on from my old Avatar. But for the life of me, the new image wont flippin propagate into the gallery or forum threads here.

I've uploaded several versions all under the 150x150 and below the kb size but still that old avatar stays put, not surprising really its only an extension of my stubborn self but still I'm starting to get pinged off...lol!

Can admin help this tired and frustrated girl out, she doesn’t want to look at that Chemo face anymore and I is liking my new mop of hair so wanna show it off!

So I see its showing here but not in the gallery..gulp! Technology bamboozles me sometimes. Maybe just ignore this thread and hopefully when I load a new project in the gallery my new head shot will show up!

Farrrrr out, I think its time for a coffee!

I see this exact same avatar from the forum in the galleries a black and white one with a beautiful smile if i'm correct...

So i think eveything is good...

I'm seeing the same new beautiful avatar photo in both places as well...looks like you are good to go! :wub:

That is so strange that you guys are seeing the B&W avatar in the Gallery! Im seeing my old one still, here’s a screen shot for you to see what I mean! arghhh

Did you try logging out and logging back in? You might just need to refresh your page.

I have some sort of similar problem. When I post comments in the gallery, my avatar doesn't always shows up.

You look good to me! I'm so glad for you that your hair is growing back, but you sure rocked that wrap!

Mine is doing that too, Em. I can see the change in the forums, but not the gallery. It just takes a while for us to be able to see the changes. I'm sure we cleared our cookies/cache, we'd see what everyone else is seeing!

Such a lovely picture! You might have to delete cookies??

Is that the photo you have under your profile photo? There is a difference between the profile photo and the avatar maybe?

After reading this thread I had to look. Like Wendy and Justagirl mine is still showing old pic for me in the gallery too. Weird! Not worried about it, just noteworthy!

I changed my avatar back (I don't like change very well, can you tell?) and today the gallery updated to the changed avatar and not my old one! Go figure, huh?! :blink::unsure: :D
