Sweet Shoppe Community - Update on Eden

So she had her follow up with the dr. on Thursday. After examining everything we both agree that these passing out episodes are anxiet/situational-based, but because of her heart history he wants to have another baseline to completely rule out any other funny business. Ordered an EKG (of which she's had several over the last year) and an EEG (which she hasn't had since she was an infant) He was SUPER DUPER KIND and said he would hold off on any blood work for now because that would only cause her more angst. Reguardless, she had a complete meltdown as soon as we got into the van. She is tired of being messed with and I don't blame her. It's been a very trying 12 months.

Now, I had to really bite my lip to keep from laughing, but she had her little face buried in her knees and she looked up at me with mascara running and said, "I will pull a My Sister's Keeper if I have to!!!"

EKG came back abnormal :thumbdown: Back to pediatric cardiologist. She is going to throw a total fit. Bracing myself...
