QOTD: Favorite Day of the Week

Do you have a favorite day of the week? Which is it & why?

Mine is Wednesdays. After I drop my daughter off at school, I drop my son off with my mom. I then get 3ish hours to myself which I usually use to run errands, clean house or tackle big house projects like organizing paperwork & going through toys and clothes, catch up on Hulu, & scrap. My mom brings lunch & then DS goes down for a nap. Once he's up, we go get DD from school.

It's such a nice break in the middle of the weekday craziness & it's especially nice to spend time in my own house when it's actually quiet!

Thursdays because it's pokemon day at my house! It's not as fun since we moved, because most of the kids don't come anymore (I use to be right across from the school and they'd just walk straight to my house), but we still have kids come and it's fun.

Saturday! .... because it's the weekend!

I think mine is Friday. It's the last workday of the week and the start of the weekend. After work, we sometimes get together with friends and/or co-workers.
Also, I often take Fridays off from work.

Monday! Yes, really - LOL. My work week is Tuesday through Saturday so I have Sunday and Monday off. I love my Sundays because that's my day with Cheyanne but I really love my Mondays because that's MY day. I have the day to myself while she's in school and I can have lunch with friends, shop, scrap... whatever I feel like :)

Saturday - it's the weekend and still lots of time left to the weekend. Sunday, I start getting a little anxious about going back to work the next day.

Friday, definitely Friday! The end of the week, the start of the weekend...
On Fridays we always watch a good movie on TV and we have each our own bowl with chips or nuts or anything else we like. I love that!

I guess Saturday b/c we don't have to be anywhere at any time :)

Fridays because normally that's my day off! My daughter is at school, and my boyfriend is at work, so I get the house all to myself for a few hours, which never happens any other time during the week.

Thursdays!! That's my "day off." I don't make myself to any chores beyond the normal stuff like dishes. I get to focus on creative things (scrapping), reading, or just being lazy if that's what I want.

Any day I don't have to put a bra on and leave the house...

Friday is definitely my favorite day of the week. I get to go to church for "women's fellowship" which is really just me hanging with like 10 older women knitting while they crochet and quilt and a teenager watches the youngest two for 2.5 hours. I get coffee, food, a chance to talk to adults, and the boys looooooove the teenager who watches them so there is no hassle or stress in getting them away from me.

I don't really have a favorite. It depends on what is going on. However, at work the best days as far as the students go are usually Mondays. They come to school on Monday pretty mellow and ready for what the week will bring. By Wednesday or Thursday they are climbing the walls and Friday is complete chaos. Granted, they are more controlled in their classrooms, but I have them in the computer lab and by Friday the teachers have pretty much given up on making the kids listen and I end up having to get grumpy to keep them in line. Fridays are awesome since its the last day of the week and my co-workers and I can thumbs up and yell "its Friday!" each time we pass in the hall though. LOL Saturdays are usually pretty cozy, but sometimes so busy that they aren't that much fun.

I love the fresh-start that Mondays provide. I do my meal planning, grocery shopping & work on our finances on Mondays. I always feel busy, and I enjoy the things I'm doing. It gives me hope that this week is going to be smooth (though it never is!).
