Shutterfly Unlimited Page Sale 3/21

AND I actually have a complete album ready to order!

just_jo 03-16-2021 10:49 AM

That is good news! Having one ready to go and unlimited pages!

I'm nowhere near that yet - hoping in the next 6 months I can at least print one or two!

allyanne 03-16-2021 12:26 PM

I saw this this morning, and now I can' t decide if i want to hustle and get a book done or just take my time and see what happens! Pressure is on!

rach3975 03-16-2021 01:10 PM

I wish I was ready. I've got 2/3 of my current project done, but even if I rushed to get the rest done I'd need a few weeks. I WILL be ready for the next one!

craftytam 03-16-2021 05:07 PM

I was just looking through my email and saw the notification for this! I really wish I was more prepared :p

Ugh, me too! I have six pages left for my 2020 album. Do I want to rush those into the next few days?? I can't afford to print my huge album without this promo, and the timing is good for me to get it while I'm in the States this summer if I print now.

How often do they run these promos?

Seems like more often these days.

Last one was January 20th so looks like they might be on a schedule for every 6 to 8 weeks.

I ordered one on 7/14/20, another on 8/31/20 then one on 1/20/21 when I had another book ready.

Oh boy! I'm jumping in! I just sent a boatload of layouts and realized afterward that there is a 111 page limit. Had to sit there deciding which ones to include and which ones to leave out. But... I love them all! lol This is sort of an experiment for me to see how it turns out and if I want to do photobooks in the future. I print 8x8 at home and slide them into page protectors. But, I'm opting to print at 10x10 at Shutterfly. About to go reread the other thread to see about sizing or borders before I submit the order. And, they are all just random. Like most of my scrapping. I didn't send any of the PL pages I started this year (2021.) I'll wait until the year is over (or at least half of it) to decide about them.

Printing random layouts within a year would totally work for me! I might do this.

I'm so excited! I just placed the order! :w00t:
If I like it, pages I didn't get to put in it, I'll put in the next book. :D

Thanks for posting this thread. :hugs:

Sound like a great sale! I think that I'll have to wait for Blurb because my book is way over 300 pages. I should probably download their software and get to making that book so that I'm ready.

bienejen 03-17-2021 04:43 PM

I love this sale. Can I get organized in time is always the question. The last time I did it, I made each of my boys a set of their own 8x8 books. So if they're included on the page, it went in their book. I maxed out several books apiece on just a few years. I still print *my* 12x12 pages through persnickety and put them in page protectors. I'm so finicky about having all my books in date order and I just don't scrap that way.

aussiegirl 03-17-2021 04:49 PM

I need to print a school album for my Senior! I've been busy all day making phone calls, filling out paperwork, sending e-mails etc to get ready for College next year! Praying I find time to scrap in the next couple days to get an album done for her!!!

tjscraps 03-17-2021 10:12 PM

Thanks so much for posting this, I have a book ready to be printed but was waiting for this sale! lol!

tjscraps 03-17-2021 10:15 PM

Sweet deal - it went from $141 to $44 ... plus I got Rakuten 1% back (helps with the exchange at least!).

So exciting!!!! I can't wait until I have enough pages done to do one of mine.

lovely1m 03-19-2021 02:55 PM

I just printed a few a couple months back so none for me, but I love this deal

bienejen 03-21-2021 09:06 PM

Well I didn't have the layouts I wanted done to do a book but I played with their instant books. It reminded me of chatbooks if anyone has used that except hardcover. I weeded through our camping pictures from last summer and made a bunch of books. Between the unlimited pages and an extra 20% coupon I got for signing up for texts my cart said I saved $420 (plus my Rakutan 2%). Great deal but I had to laugh as I NEVER would have paid that much. Now I have to really get cracking to be ready for the next time they run this promo!!!!
Hope some of you were also able to take advantage!!!

aussiegirl 03-21-2021 11:05 PM

I have been rushing around to get my album finished by midnight, sale extended until tomorrow Midnight! One more day! I am determined to do this! I have maybe 3 more layouts to finish up and her Kindergarten through Middle School album will be finished! I may just add whatever High School layouts I have done too, and as I finish other random ones, save them up for another book to have on display too!

Oh, I've been wanting to put together some simple chatbooks from our camping pictures from last summer! I thought it would be a fun little thing to keep in the camper for rainy days & downtime.

joelsgirl 03-22-2021 02:23 AM

I got mine ordered! I worked on it all week without ceasing, and I can't wait to see it in print. I still paid $90 for it, but that's because I want the deluxe lay flat option.

Now I need to work on my 2019 album for the next sale.

allyanne 03-22-2021 06:22 AM

I decided to play outside in the lovely spring weather instead of buckling down and getting the pages made. I only needed to do around 4 layouts, too, lol, but these are ones I keep putting off because I just don't have a vision for them, so I knew they'd require some thought, and I just didn't have the bandwidth. Next time, though, I'll be ready! I'm glad some of you were able to take advantage--nothing like getting that gorgeous book in your hot little hands!

Tree City 03-22-2021 09:36 AM

ack! I thought the sale ended yesterday. Now I'm wondering if I should throw a Remember This book together. (That's what I call my series of books that contain a random assortment of pages. No rhyme or reason to their order--Halloween 2007 could be next to First Day of School 2020.) Anyway, now I have to decide if laundry can wait so I can upload pages! :)
