Hey chickies!

We know the site, especially the store, have been experiencing some major slow downs since our sale went live on Friday evening. Traffic has been insane according to our stats, so I just wanted to take a minute to thank you for your patience and understanding this weekend!

Much of this is out of our control, but our webmaster is monitoring things, so hopefully it's a little smoother for the remainder of the weekend. That said, if there is anything you need, please let us know as we will do our best to make sure you have what you need!

Thanks again for shopping with, and supporting us. It truly means the world to our team!

Thanks for the update :) I've learned over the years this happens ALOT during iNSD and DSD so I try to just download what I can and go back later to get the rest �� but I am so happy that your site is so busy it's breaking the server ��

Thanks for the update! I couldn't get to the store even to shop, but I figured y'all were working on it. So now I'll shop and I'll download Tuesday to help lighten the load. :) Thanks for being a great site!

I had a little bit of trouble yesterday and figured that was the problem. :) I just walked away and tried again in a little bit and everything worked smoothly! Thanks for keeping us updated.

Yes it was lagging a little bit but I assumed it was all normal with the traffic this weekend! :)

I do have a question..what is a queued order mean? It hasn't sent download links.

I kinda assumed that that's what it was. Exciting for so much traffic thought!!!!

I have one item that I was unable to download, tried on two computers (cause I was worried the issue was on my end at first)... and now have hit my 5 clicks for it....

Robin may not see this here, but if you go into the store there's a "Contact us" link you can use. It's on the left side near the bottom, under the list of designers. I'm sure that if you give them the order number and product they'll get it reset for you!

I figured I'd wait till the craziness of this weekend to be done before I to do that. :)
