Cinnamon Dough Ornaments
 

Anyone have a recipe for these that they've made and turned out well?

I want to do it with the kids, but I see tons of recipes, I don't know which ones to pick.

And maybe pictures of your creations? :)

You can also use 1:1 applesauce/cinnamon and go w/out the glue..I saw a recipe earlier today that looked pretty cute

We made these 3 years ago and they still smell good! It took a couple days for them to dry out but it is humid here so I am sure that had something to do with it.

Ours are ALMOST dry! If you make them, don't forget to turn them each morning & afternoon/evening. They'll start curling if you don't. I even flipped mine this a.m. and they were starting to curl by the time we got home from school today. AND my house smells SOOOO good!

Ah, I made those as a kid....they lasted about 20 years...crazy!

can't you dry them in the oven on a really low temp?

we dried ours in theuven last year abouit 200*

We made them this weekend & they turned out great!! ... took a little convincing {the 3 year-olds} that you don't eat them ;)
