I have a kit in my collection Amber Shaw but also Kristin Aagard. Can this be used in the Passport Challenge? TIA

A follow up to my original question... It was my understanding that we could not use Amber Shaw’s kits out of respect for the her and the family but that collaborations were still ok. I don’t see Kristen Aagard as a current designer on the website but #17 Scrap Stash directs us to use a travel related kit from any of our designers past or present.

Don’t mean to be a pest, just trying to make sure I understand the rules. Thank you!!

Usually for our challenges you have to scrap with a current designer. Kristin Aagard is a designer at another store, so she was never a designer here. For this specific challenge though, you could use this kit as the way the challenge is presented stating designers past or present.
