Had a Small Setback
 

But still doing good. I did a no no and mopped my living room floor! But I was feeling sooo good that day! Anyway the next day I was bedridden again in a lot of pain. I can get up and about now but I also know my limits.

But the very best news is I haven't had a cigarette since December 20th!!! There are times when I want one but a little voice keeps saying no you don't want one. I did give in one day when my sister was here. I lit one up and took 3 puffs, gagged and gave it to my sister and said nope, I can't do it. Now to get my darling hubby to quit!

Glad you are ok. Take care of yourself. Congrats on quitting smoking. That's quite an accomplishment. Woot! Woot! :thumbup:
