QOTD: 11/04 Photos
With the clear skies this past week, I was out in the garden every morning, taking photos of the birds and squirrels. I really loved the quiet time, watching how they act with each other and each has their own habits.
So, my question today is...... Do you take a photo every day? If not, how often usually? Of what? |
Here's what I was photographing this morning. Isn't he cute?

Awww...I love squirrels, and that photo is awesome! I don't take a pic every day, especially now that my DD is away at college. Every month, when I see my friends post their 1 Second Everyday videos, I say, "Oh, I'm gonna do that next month." And then I promptly forget. :D

I usually take photos every day. I've done this for so long that it's an ingrained habit, I guess. I take lots of photos of pets and food, because they are easy and always there, lol!

I take photos with my iPhone everyday. I have an app called Tinybeans that helps me journal what I do with my kids everyday and shares with my family (they are all in France and we live in the US). It also shares privately. I don't post pics of them on social media.
They all appreciate their little Tinybeans update they get everyday. And when I forget to post photos one day I hear about it!! lol |
Yup - every.single.day... I have been since like 2009 - why stop now, haha!

I want to take more photos but I find with being an empty nester I am stumped for photo ideas
|
I try to take photos everyday, but lately I've been slacking and slow with it.
ETA: I love that squirrel! So so adorable! Great photo, Rae! |
I definitely don't take a photo every day. In the past few months, I've found myself sometimes not taking a photo all week long!
I am trying to be more conscious and am trying to talk myself into doing PL for 2020 so that I can "force" myself to take more daily photos. |
I tried once, but I got so bored with it. But also I almost never take photos unless it's an event. I'm trying to get better, especially when I look at my albums from when my kids were little and I took photos all the time and told all the stories. I really need to get back into the habit of taking regular photos.

I do take photos every day..... whether it's out my window, of my cat and/or dog, a selfie, scenery, there's always a camera in my hand. I very rarely ever feel the need to scrap these things though....

Not daily. Some days there's something special happening and I take a lot, but then it can be 2 or 3 weeks until I take more. It's a combination of respecting my teens and tweens not wanting to be photographed as often and me realizing that since getting my first smartphone with a decent camera (7-ish years ago) I've been overwhelmed with photos. For the last year or so I've been trying hard to be more intentional about what I take photos of.

I seem to take pics just about every day but I do not try anymore, I just love taking photos lol. I am considering doing a 365 again maybe next year because it has been a couple years since I have done it. I took this pic this morning lol. One of my girls  ETA I love your pic btw, I saw a black squirrel for the first time ever at Niagara Falls a couple years ago, precious!
