It's been a long time since I've been here. In a nutshell, I started teaching second grade here in town. My contract was renewed and I'll be teaching third grade starting August 26 as well as working on my credentials to do Special Education in the state.

I also served on the local Relay for Life committee and was asked to commit to doing it again next year. I'll be serving as the Publicity Chairman which means I'll be working on advertising, publicity, and social media. Whew! Our little town earned $85,000 for cancer research and we're pretty proud of that.

I sure miss scrapping and hope to get back to it some day! LOL Right now, I just don't have time for it, but I sure miss you all!

Thank you all so much! I sure miss you all so much and I've missed scrapping. I don't think I've scrapped in over a year. Yikes!

But, life has been super busy with teaching my second graders and luckily, I'm moving up to third grade with them, so I already know most of the kids I'll be teaching. I'm also working on my special education credentials because come January, I'll be moving to the high school and doing special education there. I'm super excited about it - I love the high school.
