I know how to get an image to show up in a post but it's not linking them to the gallery. And I know the how-to information is probably posted somewhere and I know I've been told how-to before so forgive me for being annoying and forgetting things!

Once you have the image url pasted in, just highlight the entire url, then click on the link button and copy the link to the page. I hope this makes sense!

You'll want to use the URL and IMG tags around the address you want to link to and the image you want to show. It should look something like this, but you'll want to close up the spaces in the brackets, I just have them here so you can see the codes.

[ URL="http://www.sweetstuffs.com"][IMG ]http://sweetstuffsgallery.com[ /IMG][ /URL]
