Weight Watchers weigh in week 4/15 to 4/21
 
Okay ladies, it's a new week!! Can't wait to see everyone's progress. I weighed in this morning and I am down 6.2 lbs for a total of 14.2 in 3 weeks!! I reached my first goal of 5% and now I am on a new one for 10%.

This is me this week too...I'm going to have to workout like crazy until Friday when I weigh in because I ate WAAAAAYYYY too much Friday and Saturday.

I was super bad yesterday! Unbelievably bad! I ate a breakfast taco for breakfast, had 5 beers, 2 tequila shots and then fried chicken for dinner! I used 50 points yesterday. I only have 12 extra weekly points now to get me through Thursday. I can do it because I did it before but....I just hate that I did it all in one day. Now today I don't feel like working out because of all the shock that my body is in after all of those bad choices. I don't feel so great today. I am still hoping though that by the time the sun is going down that I will feel better and can get my run in. I hadn't had any alcohol in 6 weeks and went from one extreme to the other!

You have done awesome Melissa! That is just spectacular!

Tomorrow is my first weigh in!! I have such a hard time drinking water. I'm lucky to get 1/2 my water in each day!

I stayed the same this past week. Which is extremely good because I ate a ton of sugary stuff. So my goal for this week is to continue with my work-outs and not eat any food once I get home from work. :)

It was my first week and I lost -2.8.
I'm so excited!

It's fun to see everyone doing so well!! NeeNee - I loved that you had tacos for breakfast. I had jellybeans for breakfast yesterday....but at least I counted it. LOL!!!!!

Congrats to those who lost. I just started last Monday so today was my first weigh in. I lost 5 lbs! Woo hoo. I did pretty well all week. Worked out 5 of the 7 days and did pretty well on my eating. The eating part is the hardest for me. It's killing me that a beer is now 4 points! When I did the program about 10 years ago a light beer was 2 points. It seems the points really nail you on carbs these days. Saturday my husband and I went furniture shopping and we ate out twice. I had a 50 point day on Saturday, but had enough earned points to cover it. So, Nee Nee don't feel bad, you aren't the only one ;0)

Congratulations! Great work everyone. I don't weigh in again until Saturday and I hope like heck I can undo some of the damage I did yesterday. Losing weight is hard!

Corey, what a way to kick it off!!! CONGRATS!!! You are right, we all have the hard days and struggle with this. But I hope all of us can help each other out through those hard times and keep the motivation going. I am really inspired by each and everyone of you. I mean that. You all doing this with me here is keeping me going and I thank you so much for participating with me in the threads. :) *mwah*

I don't weigh in until Saturday (maybe Friday this week since my parents are coming in town and we will go out to eat Friday night. I want to splurge a little. LOL)

Oh...I had waffles last night for dinner...I saved my points all day just so I could have them!!

My first weigh in today (kinda sorta...I started over last week) and lost 4.4lbs. Woohoo.

I set a goal to lose 15lbs by my first weigh in in May...so i'm 1/3 of the way there :) Now if only I could get off my bootay and exercise.

Congrats on the weight loss everyone...you are definitely inspiring me to stay focused.

You set your week start date so even if you joined today you can still set it to weigh in on Friday.

Yes! And I loved that taco. It was freaking amazing. LOL
I am all out of extra points for this week. Was as of yesterday. And I dont weigh in until Friday. However, I have 35 exercise points so far and plan to have at least 20 more by the time I go on Friday. Hopefully that will save me. I won't consume those exercise points but, I typically like to leave some of my extra points and all of my exercise points and not use them.

I love that you ate jelly beans for breakfast Kjersti! LOL

And yes....so sad that a light beer is 4 pts. A darn 1.5 oz tequila shot is 4 pts. too! This is why I have cut out drinking until June 1. When our big biker event is. Alcohol isn't worth my points. I would rather have food. LOL

If I can just get a handle on the weekend binging I wouldn't have to work so hard for that one pound Monday through Thursday.

That was my exact loss today too! 1.2 lbs this week AND the darn weekends are killing me too! I had to totally kill it at the gym this week to overcome my bad eating on Saturday/Sunday last week.

I am now:
9.4 lbs in 5 weeks on WW
33 lbs overall

I lost 2.1 lbs this week for a total of 40.3 to date. I am so happy because the last three weeks have been a struggle, but I finally feel like I am back on track. :)

I still have a lot of weight to lose, but I know I can do it on this program with your help. The support we give each other is priceless. Thanks everyone!

I joined WW online on the 11th and I have lost a total of 7lbs. so far. I'm at 30pts. per day, which I have cut back significantly. If I eat all 30 and the weekly 49pts., there's no way I'd lose weight!

Down another 1.4 lbs this week for a total of 6 pounds in the last three weeks. I'm very happy with that. I think it's time to incorporate some exercise and see how I do now. A little a day should be okay without sending me into a flare.

You gals are doing so amazing! I'm definitely inspired by all of you.
