Weekend Plans?

Hi beautiful ladies! What do you have going on this weekend?

I'm finally going to go see 'La La Land' and, even better, I'm going with my mom and my sister. My sister's even taking one for the team because she hates musicals.

Besides that, I'll have two kid-free days to myself & I'm planning on doing a little bit of chores (the kids should probably have clean clothes next week, right?!) and a whole lot of 'Nashville' bingeing, scrapping, sleeping, & reveling in an oh-so-quiet house.

Its my last weekend (after 6 weeks holidays) before I have to go back to work... I should be making the most of it but I feel too sad :(.

I am actually going to see the Long Island Medium at an event center a few towns over on Saturday. I'm so excited!! My friend's brother got us free tickets and we even get to sit in a suite! My girls are going to my mom's during the day so I will have a few kid free hours and I can hardly wait!!

No big plans here yet. I'd love to do something fun in the weekend, but it's too cold to go outside at the moment.

hooray for the weekend and NO RAIN!
We promised some fun outdoor activities with the Kiddos!! I have brunch with girlfriends and a bday party to go to.

My family is headed up north and staying in a cabin for the weekend! We're super excited because we'll have snow! The kids have never been in snow before so it's exciting!

I really want to see La La Land! I've heard it's sooo good!

Tonight, I have to go to the Chamber of Commerce's annual dinner with some friends. Tomorrow I'm planning to meet up with some girlfriends for day drinking :p, and Sunday afternoon, my daughter has a showcase at her cheer gym. Not quite as relaxing a weekend as I'd prefer, but sometimes that's just how it is.

Laundry and then watch Grimm and Supernaturals. It's my "day off" from cooking, it's hubby's turn for the weekend.

Lauren's birthday party is next weekend, so we spent the morning finding ideas. We decided on a Winter Wonderland theme and are headed out in a few minutes to buy everything for the activities and decorations. It's her first sleepover party, and I'm crossing my fingers that it's not a nightmare! Tomorrow I'll be at Ben's Special Olympics bowling tournament. I'm hoping to get some scrapping done, too.

This weekend, my son had his first middle school basketball game with his dad as coach! I was super proud. The middle school team normally doesn't even score over 20 points (because they don't have elementary sports here, middle school is their first introduction to playing competitively), and under Joel's leadership, they scored 31 points and only lost by 1!

Then I came home and scrapped and organized photos. : )

I worked today, but now I am all by myself tonight and have no clue what to do with myself. I am kinda bored and it's making me sleepy. lol So I plan to watch TV and maybe scrap. Tomorrow is chill, gym and taxes doing. Then in the evening, my love and I are going out to celebrate our anniversary. Just a simple supper, but I am excited.

It was awesome! I didn't get a reading but I still had a good time. It was awesome to see her in action and she was funny and very entertaining. She cursed like a sailor which I was not expecting.
