Order Glitch
I purchased two products yesterday and my total came to just under $10. I received the FREE with purchase gift and sent an email to Help Desk because my order didn't reach $10.
I haven't downloaded yet, and haven't heard back about my email yet. :confused::confused: |

I'm also having some issues with my order - I tried to use the coupon I won from the ABC game, which should take 5 off my total but the first time I entered it, it didn't deduct anything. When I tried again, it said the coupon code has already been used/entered. I haven't checked out because I'd like to use the coupon, if possible. Maybe Robin can help, please? Thanks in advance! :)
