Thanks so much - I couldn't get it quite right and it was driving me nuts!

Heather91 03-09-2016 02:48 AM

Did the coupons go out for last month? I haven't got mine and it's usually the 2nd week of the month.

anelia 03-09-2016 03:45 AM

I think they didn't go out.
They're valid for the second full Monday-Friday week so I guess this month they'll be valid for next week which is 14-18 March.

Yes. The coupons will go out this weekend, and they'll be good next week.

A list of things you plan to do this spring. i.e. visit botanical gardens, have a picnic etc. That kind of thing.

What happens if I donīt have spring? (which I donīt) Can I do a summer bucket list?

Libby Pritchett 03-12-2016 11:27 PM

I'd say you can do whatever season you are currently in. :)

Heather91 03-13-2016 01:38 PM

Really? You don't have spring? What seasons do you have? I will be jealous if you say it's always summer.

4 months of summer and 8 month of non stop rain that we call "winter"

Heather91 03-13-2016 05:24 PM

Hmm interesting. I don't know if I would like that or not. Will ponder on that. :)
I would kind of prefer 12 months of summer but what can you do?

Ok I keep checking and nothing.

WE WANT TO SHOP WE WANT OUR COUPON :P There is a certain amount of finetuning in the wishlist that needs to be done. :)

Libby Pritchett 03-13-2016 05:30 PM

Coupons usually go out Sunday afternoon/evening for use starting on Monday. So, I'm sure Lyd will be working on them later today. :)

Heather91 03-13-2016 05:34 PM

Oh thank you for listing them! I was about to go and search for the post where they were listed but thought I would check here to see if anyone had  Thanks for listing them all for us!

ScrappinRae 04-27-2016 11:57 AM

okay, for the "use your stash and scrap using the same kit you used for a challenge last month"...what if I didn't do any challenges last month, can I use a kit that I scrapped with last month?

Libby Pritchett 04-27-2016 11:59 AM

That would be fine! :)

KingsQueen82 05-04-2016 02:26 PM

For May's bingo card #13: Inspired by contact sheets. Can anyone give me an example? All that comes to mind would be like graphing type papers and I'm not sure that's what it means?

Libby Pritchett 05-04-2016 03:56 PM

Here's an example of a contact sheet from Pinterest:

I've got these templates in the shoppe, too -

Ohh THANK YOU Libby! I was way off! Lol..

Valgal 05-04-2016 09:02 PM

tutorial challenge... ombre lettering? What am I missing here?

Valgal 05-04-2016 09:02 PM

Oh good grief. I should've waited 2 minutes. Found it.

anelia 05-05-2016 08:06 AM

I have a question about the recipe prompt calling for a "large monogram".
In general I know what a monogram is but problem is I am not sure there are kits with "monograms" (considering monograms are usually made by combining two or more letters).
So, my question is - can I use alpha of this kind for my page?
https://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/s...ts_mystery.jpg

Valgal 05-05-2016 08:30 AM

I think a monogram can be just one letter. I'm not an official question-answerer but I'm guessing you could even just use a font.

nietis 05-05-2016 09:41 AM

Monogram is like what Val said. You can just use one really big alphabet (or more if you want) on your page. For example, I had done a few with a big ampersand. Like this one::

anelia 05-05-2016 10:19 AM

Thanks, girls :)

anelia 05-06-2016 11:57 AM

I think I need a little help (probably ideas?) with prompt #22 - "it's a date".
First, since it's in quotes, do I have to include this phrase on my page?
Second, what could I possibly scrap? Is this some phrase/expression (I've never heard of that)? Or should I scrap a date with someone? I'm not dating anyone.

Saar 05-06-2016 12:15 PM

I sometimes say "it's a date" when I make an oppointment with a friend for exemple to go geocaching. Than it's not really a date like dating someone.

I'm going to scrap a page about me and a friend from work. We go on 'lunchdates' together, but we don't "date" eachother.

Does that make any sense at all?

nietis 05-06-2016 12:24 PM

I think Sara explained it perfectly. You can scrap about you and hubby going on a special/anniversary dinner and has 'it's a date' as a title or include it in a word strip or journaling.

Cool, thank you lovely girls :) Yes, I know "a date" is not only a romantic date hahah...just wasn't sure if it's an expression or something I may not know about :)

awilliams 05-06-2016 06:40 PM

This is my first time to play the Bingo challenge, so I apologize if this question has been asked/answered before (although I searched & i couldn't find an answer). For the new 2016 rules regarding 2 Bingo lines - whether horizontal or vertical, or a combination of both - can you do on diagonal line, then an additional horizontal/vertical line to complete the 9 layouts?

anelia 05-07-2016 04:09 AM

I also have a question.
Are the coupons for April being sent on Monday before the iNSD games finish?
I want to complete the bingo card but there's too many purchases to be made so I was wondering if we would be able to use our coupons (in my case, 40% off) or just shop at the 30% off storewide sale? It kinda is strange because if we shop this weekend at 30% off, then the bingo coupons last only until Friday before the new releases.

Need ideas. What is meant by decade of design the 80s?
And what about head to toe? Thanks!

You can use a kit that is inspired by the 80s colors, like this one:
https://www.sweetshoppedesigns.com/s...ate-bundle.jpg

Or you can scrap your photos or things you like/remember or any memories of the 80s?

Head to toe, maybe scrap a full body photo instead of just a portrait? Or maybe use it as a title, a photo of someone got rained on from head to toe?
Here is a page I did for head to toe:
https://www.sweetshoppecommunity.com...urage-copy.jpg

Hope those helps. :)

Decade of Design 80's - neon colors, songs from the 80's, memories from the 80's (if you were alive then), roller skating, smiley faces, stickers, aerobics, mix tapes (cassettes), early video games, 80's movies, etc.

head to toe - Like Sherly said - pictures that show someone from head to toe. Talking about how someone was dressed head to toe. Be creative - maybe a picture of someone's face and then someones's feet?

icindi 05-11-2016 10:10 AM

Thanks guys, that helps! All I could think of from the 80's was big hair! LOL
