Kids Scrapping Programs?

Hello Community!
My 7 year old daughter wants to get into digital scrapbooking. She uses some simple apps on my phone but is having embellisment-envy from seeing the kits I use here and my pages.
"Back in the day" there was a program called "KidPix" that was a super simple drag & drop program.
Does anyone know of a good SIMPLE program that might help her was a baby step towards PS eventually?
(we're a PC household)

I'm not sure what's out there for kids. My daughter learned to use PSE when she was younger...I don't think she was 7, but she did enjoy playing with the program. Kids are so much more technologically adept now.

I don't know of a kid friendly program, but my argument would be that she could probably learn PS! My daughter did. She's 12 now and does way more crazy stuff in PS than I know how to do. Kids are way too smart tech-wise these days. Really, just teaching her a handful of shortcuts and she'll be able to do it, then can add things as she learns.

I would just show her how to us Photoshop (or whatever program you use). She can learn by watching you and will help her as she gets older and takes Digital Imaging and whatnot in school.

Both of my girls are familiar with Photoshop. While the oldest prefers paper scrapbooking, she can do it on the computer. The middle gets frustrated, but she also have a love/hate relationship with technology.
