SS Featured Designer Sale--set me straight!!
 

So can someone please explain to me when during the month the featured designer 15 sales are as well as the 50 % off sale?

The reason I ask is that I was thinking the featured designer sale for DSI was this week because her 'free with purchase' kit is the limited time offer right now. I really want the free kit....(I mean, I'm sure we all do!!) but wanted to take advance of the featured 15 on sale. I thought these ran together, but maybe I'm confusing myself! So, PLEASE, set me straight on how these sales run!! :confused::confused:

Her sale will be next week. They run the week following the release of the featured designer freebie. 2 Designers a month. So they rotate with the Oldies but Goodies sale. Does that make sense? Like she was announced as the featured designer on Friday, August 21st, Tuesday the 25th kicked off Oldies but goodies and next Tuesday, September 1st will be her Featured designer sale. Then Friday, September 4th, we'll have another featured designer and it'll all start over.

There is a blog featured on the Friday before the sale too, a sneak peek into the products that will be in the sale, so this Friday, August 28th, if you check the blog, you'll get to see what Wille's favorites are, so you can prepare your cart for next week.

I was just reading the blog post on the new FD kit, and it said that Take it Easy would be the freebie through August 28th when new releases go live. I was so confused, thinking maybe I'd gotten off track and this one released a week earlier than I thought and the FD sale was last week. Good to know that's an error in the blog post and I didn't miss the FD sale!

You made me nervous Rachel, LOL! I had to go re-read everything. Featured designers are in a two week rotation.

I double checked the little ad for Willie's kit and it says 9/4.

Sorry Rachel!! I did that wrong on the blog post. It is 9/4. I just went in and fixed that so it won't mess anyone else up.

This seems like a great place to ask my own question. So how often are the Oldies But Goodies sales done? At first I thought they were only a few a year, then it seemed like once a month, but I don't know whether I'm just running on pandemic time where things seem to go much faster than normal but they seem to be happening more often than that. If they're rotated with the FD sales - does that mean there's an Oldies But Goodies sale every 2 weeks? I'd love to know so I can write them down in my planner. Especially with the upcoming move I'm on a budget, so I'd love to know when they're approaching so I can plan my budget accordingly. It's a great time for someone like myself who is catching up buying all the goodies to get stuff on my wishlist for a bit cheaper!

It's twice a month, just like our Featured Designer Sale, so this week on Tuesday at Noon-Thursday at Noon Eastern time the featured designer sale will be going on, next Tuesday, September 8th will be the Oldies But Goodies sale, Noon on Tuesday-Noon on Thursday Eastern time.
