Do you have any kits in mind that highlights the opposite for the #9. opposite day challenge?

I saw the Peanut Butter and jelly one that could work but is there anything else I should know about?

Hmm, I guess it depends on what your specific opposite theme is. E.g If it's two different personality types, or just the fact that you like something everyone else hates. Could be something about living on the opposite side of the world - in which case I'd use a travel kit. Maybe a sibling kit would have some wordart in it you could use? I imagine any kit could be used for an opposite page.

You could even use two totally separate kits. Split your page. Use one kit for one person, and a different kit for the other person, depending on what thing they're opposite about.

I don't have a specific idea in mind that's why I was hoping for some previews to get me going ;)

Ah, gotcha. It might help to narrow down your theme first. If you have opposite tastes in food to your partner/child, you could use a couple of food kits (e.g. healthy food vs pizza). If you're opposite in your leisure time activities, you could use a book kit and a sports kit etc.

These kits by Rubia come to mind for this challenge. I'm not sure how I would use them. Gotta think about it more!

Instead of scrapping a quiet season of your life, scrap chaos or something unbalances causing stress.

Instead of scrapping a Happy New Year, you can scrap a crappy New Year! Scrap how celebrating the new year this year was different than any other year, no times square, mass gatherings, etc.

Instead of scrapping a winter walk and all the things you'd see while walking in a winter wonderland, you scrap walking nature trails in the summer and all the furry friends you might find/see along the way.

There are also friendship kits that you can scrap a relationship between you and someone else, which while you are bff's you guys have completely polar opposite personalities!

That is how I interpret the challenge, polar opposite of what the kit/theme would be.

I would find two kits: one for one side and one for the opposite. So, if you want to scrap your current city and a city from your country of origin that is opposite. (I'm pretty sure you live in the US but you're not FROM the US, correct? Or am I misremembering? Oh, no: I see your location so I'm not making things up lol.) Anyway, you could narrow it down more than "City versus City," but it's an idea to maybe give you a jumping-off point. Perhaps food in the US vs France. I have to think something about the US is the opposite of France, but maybe I'm just cynical about my country right now. *grumble grumble*

I still haven't done mine for this one. I am liking the idea of the first kit from Ru. Hubby and I are such polar opposites!

that show not only how affected my brain is, but theta I should ask Sarita(DD) to help me read the forum... I didn't make it because I couldn't';t think of anything to do...
all things I thought of were highly controversial to just make a page for fun LOL

had I seen these kits, I think I may even go for it now :)
