i am about to place an order and since it is over $10 it added a free kit but it is charging me for the kit. How do I fix this?

You don't need to add it to your cart if your total is more than $10, it's automatically included. So take it out, and you should be good to go.

Amanda, can you tell me what you have in your cart so I can test it?

I didn't add it kit, when I added the last item it did it on its own but with the $10 charge. I have taken it out but does that mean I won't get it? Thanks Robin

When I add those 4 items to my cart, it adds the free kit a $0.00 - can I take a look at your account? PM me your username in there so I can pull it up from the admin side of thigns :)

This happened to me earlier today Robin and it was because I had a few more things in my cart and I deleted them. All I did was clear my cart and just re added my things I wanted. It added the kit and it was showing the price as $0.00.
