Ideas for date night?
 

I want to start having more date nights with DH (at home after the kids go to sleep), but I'm sure all of you creative people will have ideas I'm not thinking of. Lately we've been so lazy about it; we've just been watching an episode of a show we watch together. Hit me with your best ideas! We can spend money on them, but the limitation is that they need to be do-able from home and not last more than a couple of hours. Thanks!

I have a board on Pinterest just on date night... I'm away from my computer at the moment.

There is also a blog called dating divas, I think... They have lots of ideas for at home dates and printables.

I love stay at home date nights with my husband! We do take out & a movie, and game nights quite often.

Rebecca, your board is AMAZING! I really want to start making time to date my husband... we have fallen in such a rut with his school, my work, getting the houses ready to sell, parenting a 2 year old, etc. We need to make time with each other a priority. THANK YOU for sharing this!!!

I love the dating diva site!

We have never had an at-home date. Sounds fun!!! We used to be on a regular rotation to have date nights out of the house every-other week but we kind of got tired of going out... haha. It's nice to be home. We should start planning some home date nights. :)

game nights are my favorite. we love them.

We used to do a stay home date night and a Friday night out date night every week. Our weekly at home date night had to give way for awhile due to work deadlines, but now it's back. These boards are great! Thanks for sharing these!

So what games do you guys like to play together? We always have trouble getting into two player ones.

One of our favorite home date night (other than a movie) is to feed the kids dinner at the normal time and then have a romantic dinner late when they go to bed. We light candles and eat slow and talk. :)
