Cannot open any solid paper out of one of my kids
 

I absolutely cannot get PSE or any program to open any of my solid papers from my Families are Forever kit by Meghan Mullens. Any suggestions? I already did the preference thing last week when I was having trouble and that worked until now....


**okay the title is supposed to be kits not kids....I suppose most of you know what I meant**

dropping you a PM :) I haven't had any problems with it in the past but I'll check them and see

You might need to redownload, sometimes when zips do weird things.

We've got crazy internet, & while it's better now than before, I sometimes have to download 2 or 3 times before the zip works.

I've used the kit and those exact papers before, so I'm not sure what's going on.... I re-downloaded and we'll see what happens. Cross your fingers :)

WahLah!!! It worked. I'm going to try and do this for several that I have issues with.
