30 Days of Gratitude
 

Hey there sweet shoppers, are you ready for a fun, positive and fairly easy challenge? 2020 has been a roller coaster. So we thought a 30 days of gratitude challenge would help bring some positivity back.

For this challenge, it's fairly easy and open to interpretation. The only thing we ask is that each prompt is represented fully. For each prompt, you can do a picture or journaling, please don't just post a title of the prompt with some clustering. You could do 30 layouts + the bonus for a full album, you could do a weekly layout sort of like project life, or you could take your 30 pictures & journaling and do a monthly layout at the end of the month.

You have until December 5th at 11:59 pm EST to complete the challenge. If you are going to do 30 layouts, you could just upload 1 graphic at the end of the month showing all 30 layouts like the passport challenge or the older bingo challenge.

Great idea! I love the flexibility of the challenge. As a journaller I'll probably have mostly journalling with some photos. Excited to get started!

so can we do more than 1 prompt on a page? I'm a little confused.....we have to do all 30 of these prompts? or can we pick one prompt and that would count towards the challenge?
i.e. can something old and something new be on ONE layout or do they have to be separate LO's?

All 30 prompts should be separate unless you are doing a weekly layout or a monthly style layout like one of these, or some other layout that shows each layout:

I plan on starting a layout with one of these and then just adding my pictures each day. If you wanted to journal, you could do a weekly project life style layout using a card with your prompt and then journaling on it.

I could totally see these templates working too, for those who want to do photo AND Journalling. With six photo spots on each page, you'd end up with 5 pages in total for the month.

So this can be just one layout with our thirty items? Or does it have to be 30 separate layouts?

Here's my layout for Nov. 1

November 1: Person

My mom!!
I journaled about my mom. Her name is Lieve, so that's why I used the large L. She doesn't like to have her picture taken and she doesn't like to be on the internet. So I made a photoless layout.
The journal says that my mom is my everything. She takes care of my grandparents, she works full time out of the house and still she's always there for me. I am so thankful to have her in my life.

I was planning on doing the full month on one of the 2-page templates, but now that I've seen Sarah & Krista's one-day layouts, I might have to do a page for each day! LOL!

This is such a great challenge. I love that you have given lots of suggestions about how to participate in this challenge ♥ I need to see what I can do...I am really bad when it comes to these kind of challenges.

I'm horrible at them too which is part of the reason I put it together :D I'm hoping that I can be held accountable since I put it together and everyone else is participating LOL

I LOVE how you did this layout!! And I love that kit, it's so pretty and clean, and soft.

Between Sarah's layout and yours, it makes me want to do 1 layout for each prompt... <3

ok I like the idea of doing one LO (30 days) of gratitude/each prompt, but I also know sometimes I can't commit to that....so I like the idea of using one of Cindy's templates and just adding a picture to each day as I go

ladies.... I have a question, which may be dumb , but.... (I'm old- neurologically challenged - hyper medicated- non native English speaker)

am I right on thinking I can use one of these prompts for the #9 of the Monthly Challenges?

Nov 2: Comfort

My job and the coronacrisis are exhausting me mentally at the moment. I work from the home since March and I haven't seen my co-workers and the office since March. And since we're in lockdown, my world has become very small. I rarely leave the house and go outside. The one things that gives me comfort and sets my mind to rest is bingewatching series. We're watching Fringe and the masked singer at the moment. That's what my journal is about.

I won't do all of these but will pick and choose a few to do. I like prompts that get me thinking about journaling which I suck at and like that already a few ideas are coming to mind.

November 3: Freedom

Story about how grateful I am to live in a land where there is freedom, freedom of speech, freem to go where you want, to dress how you want, to be who you want... and even though our freedom is limited by all the measures to defeat the coronavirus, it's only for a limited time.

November 5: Technology

My journal page is about how grateful I am to have all sorts of technology at hand, when I need, where I need it. Especially during this time when we don't get to see, touch, hug our loved ones. Technology is a lifesaver.
