is ordered and i can hardly stand how excited i am to get home with my brand spankin new ultra fine tipped sharpie and go to town.

Awesome! How did you figure out if your scanner was 300 dpi? That's the only thing holding me back.

Jennifer - most modern machines do. You'll just have to go into your photo quality menus to see where you can change the initial scan. It's different for all the machines - but that's usually the place you'll find it.

Ummmm....ok, I'll have DH do that. LOLOLOL!!! It have one of those 3 in one things...so IDK. He can figure it out, though. :thumbup:

is there anyway to do it without a scanner? I have my scanner but it wont seem to work anymore. The printer still works so I dont want to go and buy a new scanner until the printer dies.

Jessica - you can go to any computer store/service center that will scan like Kinko's, Office Max, etc. They can scan for you (I seem to remember the charge being less than $3). But it's important to tell t hem it MUST be @ 300dpi and in color.

ETA...of course, that's assuming you can't a friend into doing it for you :) I would say send it to me, but mine's broke LOLOL

I'm embarassed to say I ordered one from Darcy nearly a year ago over at TDC and still haven't sent it to her. :o It was a little early birthday present to myself last year. I was really busy so I thought I'd grab it and then send it in after Christmas. Well, of course we all know how that went LOL!

So, yeah, Darcy, I keep meaning to PM you here to ask if it's still good, or if I need to re-purchase? I'm such a dork! :D
