are they not the cutest things you've ever seen??

LeeAndra 04-03-2009 02:29 PM

Totally cute.

I can't sew worth a lick, either, Kristin. Or do hybrid.

Most people still love me. :p

Rae's World 04-03-2009 02:31 PM

Those are so cute!! I can sew but I don't have the patients to complete a project like that!!

ditzyscrap 04-03-2009 02:31 PM

Jae has bought some of those and our mom is putting them together, a set for each grandchild. I think she's done strawberries so far, lol...

Sharon Kay 04-03-2009 02:40 PM

I can sew...some...but my sewing machine is broken...but these are darling...I have learned from experience I can not do these types of things and make them look realistic...don't have the flair for it.

lizzyfizzy 04-03-2009 02:42 PM

oh my gosh...those are too cute! i would love to be able to sew too!

mummytothree 04-03-2009 03:02 PM

I saw those the other day and about DIED!!! I just thought they were the cutest things EVER!!!

jessica31876 04-03-2009 03:04 PM

those would be so cute for little girls (and boys) who like to play kitchen!! I could probably make them if I had a pattern but dont really have any reason to as my kids are so far beyond playing make believe LOL

crystalbird 04-03-2009 05:05 PM

Those are so cute! I just think I'd mess them up.

I'm waiting for Lindy to put her finger puppet patters up there... **hint hint ** :)

kscwgirl 04-03-2009 05:08 PM

I love them too and I so badly want to buy the patterns and try.. but I don't have a sewing machine. :(

tuneskids 04-03-2009 05:22 PM

I know how to sew (at least I used to. lol), and I have a sewing machine ... just don't know if the machine works. It was willed to me by my great aunt who used to be a seamstress, but it's an ancient Singer machine and I have no clue when it was last serviced.

crystalbella77 04-03-2009 08:31 PM

those are seriously adorable! I need some for Stella!!!

emilyscout 04-03-2009 09:11 PM

Oh my those are freaking amazing. I've heard though that felt is not that hard to sew. Maybe you should give it a try ;o)

pbumbaca 04-04-2009 07:56 AM

Very cute! I have a sewing machine but it's only ever been used on my scrapbook pages! LOL!

emilyscout 04-04-2009 08:00 AM

Pam, can you actually use the sewing machine to sew paper???? Or does it just punch holes in it so you can sew by hand??? DYING to know this!

newfiemountiewife 04-04-2009 08:09 AM

You can sew paper, my mom used to sew books for us when we were kids!

Yes, I actually sew on my pages Emily. Here is a page with stitching on it:

emilyscout 04-04-2009 09:14 AM

Oh, you guys just made my day!!!! So cardstock would probably work best, right?

emilyscout 04-04-2009 09:16 AM

Oh and pam, that layout is amazing. MAybe sometime we meet for lunch you could bring one of your paper albums! When you a bit more mobile though!

pbumbaca 04-04-2009 09:25 AM

LOL Yes, cardstock works great but it does wear the needle out. Thin paper can tear much easier too so go slow!

I would be glad to bring a paper album next time we meet! No one looks at them but me! ;)

I know, I NEEED the tea pot set. :) Sewing felt is so easy, I love felt. LOVE felt! hahhaha... someday, after I get my shop up on etsy I'll be able to buy these things too. :)

Kim 04-04-2009 11:51 AM

Very cute!!
I can sew but not little things like that! I am good with nice long straight lines! LMBO

mormishmom 04-04-2009 05:23 PM

Kristin, we should discuss an exchange of services for goods ;0)
