People With Yahoo! Email... Problem?
For the last 2 days, my Yahoo! mail tab in IE at work and Firefox at home says I have (1 unread) email msg... even though I do not. I selected all and marked as read everything in my inbox and logged in and out of Yahoo!, but neither has helped. I forgot abt clearing my cookies, but I will do that when I get home this evening although I don't know how that would help seeing as it is saying that on two different computers with two different browsers.
It's just annoying me, and I was wondering if it was something all Yahoo! email users are experiencing or a random fluke with my account. |
That would make me crazy, lol...I don't use Yahoo so I don't know, sorry!

mine is working okay today. yesterday it was buggin me cause everytime I tried to click the button on my yahoo toolbar, it would open up a blank page and not my email.

I was having MAJOR problems yesterday but so far not today.

Mine is working okay. I also have no unread messages in my inbox, but I have many unread messages in other folders, usually just shopping receipts that I file away without looking at them.
Could your unread message be in another folder maybe? |
Do you have any folders? Sometimes I will move an email into a folder, like, I have one for when I pay a bill and I get a confirmation. And if I don't click on it and open it first it tells me it is still new, but it isn't in my inbox.
Careful with clearing your cookies. If you have passwords stored for sites it erases them. So make sure you know all our passwords before you delete cookies. |
This happens to me all. the. time.
I haven't figured it out yet but it is super annoying. |
Pfff...user error. :glare:
|
That has happened to me before and then all of the sudden a unread message pops up out of nowhere so I don't know what to tell you except to keep checking.
