online calorie trackers...

I'm just wondering if you track your calories online, what website do you use?

I used to use Weight Watcher and do the points thing. But I really would like to try something free or lower than $15 per month. If I can't find something in the next couple weeks then I'm going back to WW but I got frustrated with having to figure out points before putting stuff in my mouth and their other option didn't look like it would work for me. :( So now I'm just going the calorie route...

Anyway, what do you suggest I try?

I have used sparkpeople in the past, that tracks for you. HTH!

This is what I use. I like that you can track your calories, your weight and your fitness!

I've used SparkPeople.com before too. It's fairly similar to WW.

I also like fitday.com.

I use The Daily Plate. It's free and you can do your food, track your weight and inches and daily activities.

I love sparkpeople. You can track your daily fitness activities as well as the food you eat and the calories that go with it.

here are some website I have booked marked that are a "replica" of the WW calculator!!!

I try and keep several bookmarked because sometimes they get "shut down" :D :D

I also wanted to add that if your are "excel" savvy you can google and get the "formula" for the calculations and make your own excel spread sheet...then you never have to worry about finding an online one again!!

I had one about 7 years ago and I've deleted it some how (that's before I was a back up nazi) and I could just kick myself!!! I've never been able to find it online again!!! :crying:
