I have to share this picture

Today I went and saw my niece for a little bit. Well of course being the awesome Aunt that I am, I shared my spaghetti and bread sticks with her. She loved them lol. And this is my favorite picture from today.
I had to share it. She kills me! (She's 11 months old, and yes tiny for her age)

Any kit recommendations?

ColleenSwerb 04-19-2010 07:20 PM

Oh goodness, she's adorable. You can use ANY kit with that photo. Talk about how cute and fun she is and how much you love spending time with her :) Golden!

PS~Ugh, my baby fever! It's acting up again! :)

ksbella 04-19-2010 07:37 PM

She is adorable!! I love the cheeky smiley face! Like Colleen said, I reckon any kit would go with that photo!

joelsgirl 04-19-2010 07:44 PM

I've had baby fever for 2 yrs now. Although there has been talk with my SO about starting our family. He has 2 girls already, but there has been talk around our house about it.

Jordan is sitting very securely in his seat on the 2 year plan train.
I want to start trying sooner than that. We're going to Ireland next summer or fall with my family to visit my grandfathers birthplace (aaaannnnndddd do a bar tour of the pubs owned by Brady's, LOL!) and I'm hoping I can convince him to start trying then. I think it would be so cool to conceive on that trip, LOL!

Anyway, yea. The baby fever is burnin me up, but he is even more stubborn than I am, so it's not happening anytime soon, lol.

That pic is so cute. Love that smile.

So, so cute!!! You could use my toddler kits if you wanted something themed but I agree that anything would go!

On the other topic..

Honestly, babies are wonderful, adorable, little monsters who suck all your time and energy and make you cranky. Doesn't mean you don't love em but I would go back and enjoy being young and free for a while before I started...if I had a choice :P

Balinda 04-19-2010 10:30 PM

OMG! she is tooooooo precious for words!
any kit would just be perfect for it.

Teresa 04-19-2010 10:41 PM

Awww, she's so adorable! And I have a little peanut too, keep 'em tiny as long as possible! :)

HeatherKS 04-19-2010 11:05 PM

She's a doll!

DeepGirl 04-20-2010 01:32 AM

So cute child! I would recommend the new kit by Zoe for the picture... :)

nietis 04-20-2010 05:50 AM

Such a beautiful smile!!! She's such a doll!

I'm 27. I'm done being young and free, LOL! The only reason we aren't already pregnant is because my BIL is STILL living with us, and we both want some alone time before we start TTC. If he hadn't been living with us for this long, I'd DEF be pregnant already.

LMAO I'm going to be 26 this year, 27 is not the end of youth! LOL

heathergw 04-20-2010 10:33 AM

ADORABLE!

Col, I was 32 when we had our first... Mark and I got married when I was 27... I LOVED having so many years together to do stuff just the 2 of us before having kids...we haven't had a real vacation since having kids... enjoy it! 2 years isn't as long as it seems.

ColleenSwerb 04-20-2010 10:47 AM

If we had a short engagement or relationship, I would totally understand. We've been together for 5 years this fall, 2 of which we spent engaged, 4 of which we have lived together. We've traveled, we've bought a house, we've made investments. We took a crazy honeymoon because we knew we wouldn't be able to do it after we had kids. We have 2 more trips planned in the next year.

I have health issues, and I worry about them causing complications in my pregnancy if I wait too long. I know LOTS of women in here had babies in their 30's and everything was fine, and that's great to know, but I'm ready.

newfiemountiewife 04-20-2010 10:55 AM

I was all done with babies by the time I was 27! I am glad I had them earlier, I'm not sure I would have energy now. My SIL is 8 years older then me, and her kids are the same age as ours, and she says "I'm too old for this crap" LOL.

2 years isn't too long Col, the last thing you'd want is to be prego travelling around Ireland! No drinking if you did that! LOL

Traci Reed 04-20-2010 11:10 AM

Col, trust me..I'm not saying prolong it for more time with Jordan only but also for things like being able to sleep in! Pee by yourself! Have sex! Hahahaha!

heathergw 04-20-2010 11:17 AM

(((HUGS Col)))

I totally understand about the medical conditions (PCOS and clotting disorders)... it took 1.5 years and fertility meds to get pregnant with my first... what I should have said was that one of my biggest regrets during that time was not living life and being so obsessed with getting pregnant... I don't want that for anyone, I went from totally enjoying life and Mark to hating life and totally miserable every month when that negative came, but I also know how hard it is when you want something so badly but it's not in the cards at the time.

It's why I try to tell everyone to just enjoy life, it's too short not to. Enjoy the 2 years... it really does go by fast and will be here before you know it.

ITA!

Bdigis 04-20-2010 11:18 AM

What a cute cute little girl!!

Cari 04-20-2010 11:23 AM

Awww! I love that little grin!

ColleenSwerb 04-20-2010 12:18 PM

I know it's not happening soon, I'm just ready for it. But we're not going to start TTC for at least another year, probably longer. I would just start now if I had Jordan on board is all.

And I haven't been able to pee by myself in 5 years - the dog follows me in :p
