anyone ever on a low iodine diet for thyroid cancer?
 

I could use some tips!! I need to be on it from May 10-June 3 (date of final scan) and I'm kinda freakin' out!!! We eat a good amount of carry out and restaurant food which is off limits. Plus- I have to be super hypo-thyroid= NO ENERGY and the thought of cooking all my meals is pretty scary! Anyone else done this??? Any tips?? Thanks!
